Eg. One that has a sound system and can be darkened.
Can you afford the upfront cost of starting a No Lights No Lycra?
Eg. music licensing, public liability insurance (can be paid monthly), venue hire, No Lights No Lycra start-up fee.
Are you thinking of running No Lights No Lycra on your own or with a team?
It’s great to have more than one person to help share the load and spread the word.
What avenues do you have for promotion? Are you social media savvy?
Social media has always been our most successful form of promotion.
Have you got the time and are you committed to running a weekly event?
In our experience, weekly events are far more successful long term compared to monthly events. It can also take time for No Lights No Lycra communities to grow, so we recommend running for at least 1 year. Persistence pays off!
